Struggling with sleep? Well, then this post is a must-read for you!

You must understand that several factors are at play when you are unable to sleep. From stress and depression to overthinking and delaying sleep time, there’s a lot that can disrupt your sleep. If you are looking for ways to achieve sleep instantly, here are a few practices that can help you reach your goal.

Follow the post below, and thank us later.

  • Make a sleep-wakeup schedule

And stick to it! It’s common for people to make such schedules and then forget about them. Don’t be one of such people. Create a schedule for your wake up and sleep time while keeping all your tasks in mind. Make sure that you get 6-8 hours of sleep every night with your new sleep plan.

  • Meditate

To sleep well, you need to calm down your brain. And the best way to make it happen is with meditation. Meditating before going to bed will instill you with the feeling of peace and gratefulness and relax your mind while preparing it to sleep. It might take a few days, but meditation will surely help you. Combine this practice with a stress buster tea for better results.

  • Take a hot shower

A significant reason for sleep difficulties is the aching and tired body. While a hot shower will reduce any aches and relax your body after a long day at work, it will also improve your sleep quality. If you aren’t willing to take a shower, then dip your feet in hot water for around half an hour to stimulate rest.

  • Create a comfortable sleeping environment

Dim lights, comfortable bedding, and a calm environment are what you need to enjoy a deep sleep every night. Make sure your surroundings are optimized to encourage peaceful sleep.

  • Hold off on the fluids

Ayurvedic tea, Ratri Chai, Herbal Tea,

Drinking too much water or any other liquids before going to bed will only disturb your sleep every few minutes due to frequent urination. Hold off on the fluids at least an hour before bed. However, you should try a night time tea such as Ratri Chai for better sleep. This works as the best tea for anxiety as well.

Without enough sleep, your body won’t be able to repair itself and replenish the energy that is needed the next day. Follow these tips to relax your mind and give yourself the rest you deserve. Also, don’t forget to share these tips with your loved ones.
